Lifting sagging skin toward a defined facial line
Thread lifting that powerfully pulls sagging skin with 360-degree barbed threads!

If you want a small, slim V-line face shape
If you're looking for powerful, long-lasting thread lifting
If you want fast lifting results without surgery
If your facial contour isn't smooth
Because the cog thread's 360-degree bidirectional barbs pull skin powerfully, it improves deep wrinkles and contours.
A simple thread-based procedure delivers immediate results — minimal scarring and fast recovery, improving wrinkles and producing collagen to increase elasticity and regeneration, plus even brighter skin tone.
The cog thread is also a safe KFDA-approved thread made of body-dissolvable PDO, so there's little skin damage and minimal foreign-body sensation.
A 1:1 customized lift just for you — Jayjun Thread Lifting
Each person's facial structure, sagging degree, aging level, and elasticity are checked carefully and thoroughly for precise lifting.
Holes are made from the sideburn to beside the cheekbone, inserting the thread-loaded cannula so the barbs anchor firmly to skin tissue — delivering a powerful, long-lasting lifting effect.
Mark the lifting lines in the most effective direction
Performed under sedation/local anesthesia
Insert the threads and lift in the desired direction
Trim the threads outside the skin, then disinfect the treatment area

It is a procedure in which medical threads with barbs are inserted under the skin to support tissue and pull it in the desired direction. The position and direction of the threads are planned based on facial structure and the degree of skin sagging. Sagging cheeks, the jawline, nasolabial folds and double chin are eligible for consultation.
Cog threads are inserted under the skin to physically support tissue. Because the method differs from energy-based lifting, the insertion sites and recovery process must also be considered. After examining skin thickness and the degree of sagging, we decide which method is suitable.
The PDO threads used are medical threads that are absorbed in the body. The process of thread absorption and the duration of the lifting effect are not the same thing. Because progress varies with skin condition and treatment area, a fixed duration of effect is not guaranteed.
After deciding the pulling direction and thread insertion points, local anesthesia or sedation is performed. The threads are inserted to pull the tissue, the thread ends remaining outside the skin are trimmed, and the treated area is disinfected. The anesthesia method is decided after checking your health condition and the treatment area.
The lifting change can be seen right after the procedure, but due to swelling and bruising, the initial appearance may differ from how it looks after recovery. Please discuss any important event dates and the recovery time you need. Whether you may press or massage the insertion sites should follow the instructions of your medical team.
Please tell us the type and date of your previous procedure, the areas where threads were inserted, and any current discomfort. After checking your procedure history and the condition of the facial tissue, we decide whether additional treatment is possible and its scope. It cannot be assumed that inserting the same number of threads as before is appropriate.
